Where x – controller (axis) number
PARAMETER y [number] sets number of micro steps to be moved. 1 micro step = 1/8 of motor step. The sign sets the direction of rotation.
Range -2000000000...2000000000.
DESCRIPTION: This command does not initiate any motion. When command is received, the number of y micro steps is saved into memory for future use. Sequential ST command uses the parameter. Preset number of steps can be tested (read) by xGP1 command.
Note: SS and ST commands are defined to initiate synchronous motion of several axis. For this case ST employ exceptional 0 axis number (controller address), which effects all cascaded controllers on the chain.
